Processing and Craftsmanship Timeframes
Because fine diamond jewelry requires meticulous craftsmanship, quality control, and secure certification checks, our items are handcrafted to order. We never rush the process, ensuring that your piece meets our exacting standards before it leaves our studio.
- Yellow, White, and Rose Gold Jewelry: All karat options (10K, 14K, 18K) are carefully crafted, inspected, and shipped within 2–4 weeks.
- Platinum Jewelry: Due to the unique density and metallurgical properties of 950 platinum, crafting and secure finishing requires 4–5 weeks.

International Shipping (Worldwide):

- Customs & Duties: International orders may occasionally be subject to local import duties or VAT fees levied by destination customs authorities upon entry. These governmental duties remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Adult Signature Requirement for Security
Due to the high intrinsic value of certified diamond jewelry and precious metals, all deliveries strictly require an adult signature upon delivery. Couriers are legally instructed never to leave high-value parcels unattended on doorsteps, porches, or communal mailrooms under any circumstances. If you will not be available, hold-for-pickup at a secure carrier depot can be arranged via your tracking number.
Shipping Addresses
We deliver exclusively to verified physical residential or commercial office addresses. For security, anti-fraud compliance, and courier insurance validation, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military bases, and parcel lockers are not eligible.
